Photography & Booking FAQs

Questions families ask before they book

What if the children need a break? How do we choose between candid and traditional coverage? What happens after we send a quote? Start with the questions families ask us most often.

Booking and the studio

How many events do you take on one date?

One, and two at the most when the team allows. We would rather say no than send a team that is thinking about its next booking. It is a big reason families trust us with their most important days.

Will we know who is photographing our event?

Yes. You meet your team before the day, and Sai Kiran leads the work himself for the events he photographs.

Do you arrive on time?

We plan to reach every event before the time you give us. In fourteen years we almost always have, because a muhurtham or a cake cutting never waits.

How quickly do you reply?

We take every WhatsApp message seriously and reply as fast as we can, often within minutes.

Do you work outside Hyderabad?

Yes. We have photographed families across India and from abroad. Travel and stay outside the city are charged at actual cost.

Can we see more of your work?

Of course. Many of our favourite galleries are private, so tell us on WhatsApp what you are planning and we will share full galleries and films.

Photo and video, explained

What is traditional photography?

The posed, complete record of the event: every ritual, every family on stage, every important relative, framed clearly and evenly. These are the photos elders look for in the album.

What is candid photography?

Unposed, natural moments: a laugh, a glance, a tear, a child running across the hall. The candid photographer moves quietly through the event and catches what nobody arranged.

What is traditional videography?

A complete video record of the event from start to finish, so every ritual and every guest is there to watch again. It becomes the full video of your event.

What is cinematic videography?

A filmmaker who shoots for feeling rather than record: music, slow motion, moments and words woven together. It becomes your cinematic film.

What is the difference between the cinematic film and the full video?

The full video is long and complete, often a few hours, showing every ritual in order, perfect for the family to watch together. The cinematic film is short, a few minutes, edited like a movie trailer of your day, the one you will share and rewatch.

What do we receive at the end?

For events, all raw photos and videos plus the edited files are copied to hard drives you bring. One drive is required; two is best, so one stays as a backup. Edited photos also come as an online link to share with family.

Studio sessions

What backgrounds do you use?

Plain and hand-painted backdrops that look timeless and professional. Themes and cake-smash sets can be arranged at an extra price.

Is outdoor more expensive?

No. Most sessions cost the same in the studio or outdoors.

How many photos do we get?

There is no cap on studio sessions. When we get creative we click a lot, and you get every good photo, edited. Portraits and headshots are ₹850 per photo when you need just a few, or a look package from ₹8,000 when you want 10 or more.

Are reels and albums included?

They are extras, only if you want them.

How long does a studio session take?

The first look takes about an hour, because that is when everyone settles in and gets comfortable. Each extra outfit usually takes about 30 minutes more. A three-look session is about two hours, not three.

What if my child needs a break, gets hungry or falls asleep?

That is completely normal, and we plan for it. Little ones need to eat, nap, cry a little or just warm up to us. We build the session around your child, take breaks whenever they need one and pick up again when they are happy. We are never in a rush.

Do you take passport and visa photos?

Yes. We take passport and visa photos professionally, to the official size and background rules for India and other countries, and they are usually ready in about 5 minutes. Walk in any day between 10 AM and 8 PM, or WhatsApp us on 82979 74589 if you have a specific country’s requirements.
